Privacy Policy (Games)
Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Applies to Android games published by WaterCrestStudio on Google Play, including Arrow Art: Tap Away (com.watercreststudio.arrowart).
This policy explains what information our games handle, why, and the choices you have. It is provided by WaterCrestStudio, North Carolina, USA (the "controller"; "we", "us"). Contact: jasonrobinson65@gmail.com. Our website has its own Website Privacy Notice.
Summary
- No account is needed. Your progress is saved only on your device.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location through the game.
- There are no real-money purchases. Coins are earned in the game and used to unlock items.
- Ads are shown by Google AdMob only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. There are no forced (interstitial) ads.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information the game handles
- Game progress and settings (levels, stars, coins, unlocked items, sound and haptics settings) are stored on your device only. We do not receive them.
- Advertising data: when ads are loaded or shown, Google AdMob (part of Google LLC) may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies. This is collected by Google, not by us.
- Crash and diagnostics data may be collected by Google Play and Android, according to your device settings, and shared with us in aggregated or de-identified form to keep the game stable.
2. How information is used
- To save your progress and preferences on your device.
- To show rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to give you the in-game reward (AdMob).
- To measure ad delivery, prevent ad fraud, and fix crashes.
- To comply with the law.
3. Advertising and your choices
Arrow Art: Tap Away uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads (for example, to double coins or get a hint). Ads appear only when you tap a button to watch one.
When the game starts it uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form is shown before ads are requested, and personalized ads are only shown if you agree. When Google reports that privacy choices are required for you, a Privacy options button appears in the game's Settings so you can change your choice at any time.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and see Google's advertising practices.
4. Feedback
If you choose to send feedback using our feedback form at watercreststudio.com/feedback (which may be linked from the game, its store listing or our website), the information you enter is handled as described in our Website Privacy Notice. It is encrypted on our server and deleted automatically after 12 months.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising ourselves. The information described above is collected and processed by Google (AdMob and Google Play) under the Google Privacy Policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
- Progress stored on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game, which deletes it.
- We do not keep a copy of your game data on our servers, so there is no account to delete.
- Advertising and diagnostics data is kept by Google according to its own retention policies. You can delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Feedback you send is deleted after 12 months or sooner on request.
To ask a question or make a request about your data, email jasonrobinson65@gmail.com and mention the game name.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the game does not send us your personal information, most requests about ad data are best handled through your Android settings and Google. For anything we hold (such as feedback), contact us by email. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our games do not track you across other companies' apps or websites ourselves. Web-browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not apply inside the app. To limit ad personalization, use the in-game Privacy options (where available) and your Android ad settings described above.
9. Children
Our games are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact jasonrobinson65@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
Game progress stays on your device. Our website uses HTTPS, and feedback is encrypted on our server. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify affected people and authorities where the law requires.
11. International users
We are based in the United States. Google may process advertising and diagnostics data in the United States and other countries under its own safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also post a notice on our website (and in the game or store listing where appropriate) before the change takes effect.
